Church Was Never Meant To Be Calm
You were not designed for dry religion.
You were designed for fire.
Here’s what that looks like:
🔥 Boldness replaces fear
🔥 Joy replaces heaviness
🔥 Hunger replaces apathy
🔥 Faith replaces doubt
🔥 Action replaces excuses
In the book of Acts, they did not hold quiet meetings.
They gathered.
They prayed.
The Spirit moved.
The place shook.
Lives changed.
Three thousand people gave their lives to Jesus in one day.
Why?
Because power was present.
Not performance.
Not talent.
Power.
I grew up around church.
I saw people sing.
I saw people preach.
But the day I experienced the presence of God in a real way, everything shifted.
Fear left.
Boldness came.
I could not stay silent.
That is the difference between knowing about God and encountering Him.
The early church had one instruction:
Wait until you receive power.
Power to witness.
Power to live right.
Power to endure.
Power to overcome.
Without that power, church becomes routine.
With that power, church becomes alive.
Have you felt that fire?
Or has your passion cooled?
Be honest with yourself.
• Do you hunger for God?
• Do you expect Him to move?
• Do you step out in faith?
• Do you share your faith?
The anointing is not hype.
It is not noise.
It is not emotion.
It is the tangible presence of God working in and through you.
And when it comes:
Chains break.
Depression lifts.
Purpose becomes clear.
Courage rises.
The same Spirit that empowered Jesus empowers you.
You were not called to blend in.
You were called to burn bright.
Lean in.
Yield.
Ask God to fill you again.
Your family needs it.
Your city needs it.
You need it.
Let the fire fall again‼️
