The angel said to the shepherd,”Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of GREAT JOY that will be for all the people…”(Luke2:10)

“Great joy”in Greek means “mega-joy!”

Let me tell you, I have discovered a powerful secret to miracles. It is “mega-rejoicing” before God.

The angels experience this joy in heaven. When we enter into it, we are positioning ourselves for a miracle’

What is “mega-joy?” It is “mega-rejoicing!”

So, let me share with you some ways that “rejoicing” will bring down the miracle-working power of God in your life:

#1. I Rejoice Before I Even Feel Like It.

Paul was in prison in Rome when he wrote these words: “Rejoice in the Lord always; and again I say, Rejoice!” (Phil.4:4)

You know his emotions were not very positive in prison. Paul said, “Rejoice.” That is a powerful command.

To “rejoice” is a FAITH DECLARATION FROM YOUR SPIRIT when your emotions don’t feel it! God is watching you from heaven. It pleases Him that you continue to rejoice “in Him”, even when the circumstance has not changed. Once, Paul was in prison in Philippi, and an earthquake sprung him out of jail while he was…REJOICING!

#2. When I Rejoice, I Participate In Heavens Atmosphere.

Heaven IS NOT sad. Angels continually rejoice around God’s throne. Joy is the atmosphere of heaven. To rejoice here on earth is to act like they act in heaven! It expresses the victory and the hilarious jubilation of God’s presence.

No wonder miracles begin to happen on earth when we rejoice. The Bible says that God Himself even rejoices in heaven. Remember, HEAVEN IS NOT SAD!
