Remember we said in part one that grace is a force that breaks the back of condemnation.
It is not a force you muster; it is a person you embrace. It is Grace!
Also, while grace is unearned. While it is undeserved, it is more. Grace, in it’s simpliest
definition, is God’s ability working in man enabling him to do what he doesn’t have the
ability to do.
Let’s look at the final ten truths about Grace:
#11: When you feel furthest from God because of your failures, you are
actually closest to the grace He wants to pour out.
#12: You do not have to hide your scars from the Savior; He earned His
scars to heal yours.
#13: Grace is not found at the top of the mountain of your achievement;
it is found at the bottom of the valley of your humility.
#14: God is not waiting with a whip to punish your imperfection; He is
waiting with a robe to cover your shame.
#15: Your spiritual growth is not measured by how little you need God,
but by how completely you depend on Him.
#16: Grace turns your biggest mess into your most powerful message.
#17: The same grace that saved you from hell is the same grace that
keeps you day by day. It didn’t run out at salvation.
#18: You cannot out-sin grace. The depth of God’s love is always deeper
than the depth of your fall.
#19: Grace does not require you to be perfect to be used; it requires
you to be available.
#20: Because of grace, your destiny is not dangling by the thread of
your effort; it is secured by the nail-pierced hands of Jesus.
~~As you meditate on these truths, let the living Word of God be the final authority
that settles the matter in your heart.
