Words That Leave Scars

WORDS THAT LEAVE SCARS

A DIVINE AWAKENING: Your Mouth Can Heal A Wounded Heart Or Create A Wound That Years Cannot Easily Erase.

Words are invisible, but their wounds can become painfully visible.
You may forget what you said in anger, but someone else may remember exactly how your words made them feel.
You may apologize.
They may forgive you.
But forgiveness does not always erase the memory of the pain.

THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK.
 Don’t use someone’s weakness as a weapon.
Don’t turn someone’s vulnerability into ammunition.
Don’t destroy a relationship simply because you wanted to win an argument.
 Don’t call cruelty “honesty.”
 Don’t call insults “correction.”
 Don’t call bitterness “boldness.”
Don’t allow temporary anger to create permanent damage.
There are people silently carrying sentences spoken to them years ago.
“YOU ARE USELESS.”
“YOU WILL NEVER AMOUNT TO ANYTHING.”
“NOBODY WANTS YOU.”
“YOU ARE A FAILURE.”
Some of them have built their entire identity around words that were spoken during someone’s moment of anger.
This is why spiritual maturity matters.
Your mouth must be governed by your spirit, not by your emotions.
You don’t have to say everything you feel.
You don’t have to respond to every provocation.
You don’t have to win every argument.
Sometimes the greatest evidence of wisdom is knowing when to remain silent.
And sometimes the greatest evidence of love is choosing words that restore rather than words that destroy.

Proverbs 18:21
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”

Your words are seeds.
Every time you speak, you are planting something in someone’s heart.
So plant courage.
Plant hope.
Plant wisdom.
Plant peace.
Plant healing.
Plant truth.

LET YOUR MOUTH BECOME AN ALTAR OF LIFE.
Before you speak, ask yourself:
Is it true?  Is it necessary?  Is it helpful?  Is this the right time?  Can I say it without destroying someone’s dignity?
Because once words leave your mouth, you cannot call them back.

FINAL DECLARATION:
I decree that your tongue shall no longer be an instrument of destruction.
May God cleanse your speech from bitterness, pride, anger, gossip, hatred, and careless words.
May your mouth become a fountain of wisdom, encouragement, truth, grace, and healing.
May God heal every wound created by words spoken against you—and give you the humility to repent where your own words have wounded others.
YOU WILL NOT BECOME WHAT WOUNDED YOU.
You will speak life.
You will carry grace.
You will choose wisdom.
You will bring peace.
And those who hear your voice shall encounter courage instead of condemnation.
IN JESUS NAME AMEN‼️
