What if the greatest limitation in your life is not the absence of God’s power, but the mentality with which you approach the assignment He has given you?

One of the greatest tragedies in the Kingdom is to possess a kingly identity but continue living with a slave mentality.

You cannot operate in the authority of a king while thinking like a captive. You cannot manifest the realities of the Kingdom while remaining imprisoned by the limitations of your old mindset.

Joseph was a slave. Handsome. Young. Successful. Potiphar left everything in his hands.

But Potiphar’s wife saw him every day and said: “Come to bed with me!”

Day after day, she pressured him. One day, no one else was in the house. She grabbed his robe!🚨

What did Joseph do? Did he negotiate? Did he stay to explain?

👉NO! HE RAN!🔥

**Genesis 39:9 — *”How then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?”***

👉He lost his robe but kept his character! He lost his position but kept his purity! And Potiphar put him in prison for a crime he didn’t commit.

But listen: The same God who saw him run from temptation is the God who will

✅Before they threw him in the pit, they stripped him of his coat. That coat wasn’t just fabric. It was identity. Favor. Belonging. Proof that he was seen, chosen, loved.

✅The first thing his brothers did, before the pit, before the slavery, before any of it….. was rip it off his body.

✅Because if you want to destroy someone, you don’t just hurt them. You try to take their identity first.

One of the most dangerous things that can happen to a human being is to develop hatred toward someone based on a story told by someone who may be hiding their own truth.

Rumors are dangerous because they can manipulate your emotions, poison your judgment, distort your perception, and turn your heart against someone who has never harmed you. There is a dangerous deception that can enter a generation when people become more impressed by spiritual appearances than by spiritual truth, more attracted to personalities than to the character of Christ, and more concerned about what people can give them than what God requires of them.

JESUS WARNED US: “TAKE HEED THAT NO MAN DECEIVE YOU!”

Beloved, this was not a casual statement. It was a warning from the lips of Jesus Christ Himself. He revealed that many would come in His name, claim spiritual authority, and lead people astray.

Some people will sit beside you, cry on your shoulders, tell you their version of a story, and slowly poison your heart against someone who has never wronged you.
