Life Nuggets
Meditate On The Word

Judging People by their Position

Ricky / August 19, 2026

There is a dangerous mistake we make in life: we judge people by the position they are in instead of the person they are becoming.

Never mistake someone’s helplessness for a lack of character.

A person may be struggling today, borrowing today, crying today, living quietly today, or walking through a season where they have nothing to prove and nothing to display. Their present condition is not necessarily a revelation of their true worth.

And here is the harder truth:

Some people only look humble because life has temporarily taken away their power.

Watch how someone treats people who cannot benefit them. Watch how they speak to the poor, the weak, the forgotten, the struggling, and those beneath their social status. That is where character is

Chains Broken

CHAINS BROKEN: What Christ Sets Free Does Not Have to Stay Bound‼️

Some chains are easy to see.

Others make no sound at all.

Fear.

Shame.

Anger.

Regret.

A habit you cannot seem to escape.

A wound from years ago that still decides how you live today.

Sometimes the prison has no walls.

It simply follows us around inside our own hearts.

But Jesus did not come to teach you how to live comfortably in chains.

He came to set you free.

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”

— John 8:36 KJV

Maybe you have carried something for so long that you have started calling it part of who you are.

“I’m just like this.”

“I’ll never

Never Confuse Impossible With Unreachable!

Ricky / August 14, 2026

Sometimes the miracle is not about something enormous‼️

Sometimes it is about an axe head at the bottom of a river‼️

A group of prophets was building a larger place to live. While one of them was cutting down a tree, the iron axe head flew off the handle and disappeared into the water.

His reaction tells us why this mattered.

“Alas, master! for it was borrowed.”

2 Kings 6:5

He had lost something that did not even belong to him.

Then Elisha asked one simple question:

“Where fell it?”

The man showed him the place.

Elisha cut down a stick, threw it into the water, and Scripture says something that should make us stop:

“and the iron did swim.”

2 Kings 6:6

Iron does not

Why Some Churches Will Never Grow

Ricky / August 14, 2026

WHY SOME CHURCHES WILL NEVER GROW
The Foundation Problem

This may offend many Pastors, but it is the truth.

God does not grow every church. He only grows what He planted‼️

I have seen small churches that are very sincere, prayerful, fasting — yet stuck at the same spot for 10 years. It is not the devil outside. It is often the foundation inside.

Here are 6 reasons Heaven will NOT release growth:

1️⃣ It was born from offense, not from God. A church birthed from competition and bitterness will struggle to survive. Bitter breakaways, malicious starts, competition and strife keeps the Holy Spirit out of the plan.

2️⃣ There is a voice speaking from its altar. If you left with dishonour and took people with you, there is a debt on

The Change You’ve Been Refusing To Make

Ricky / August 12, 2026

THE PEACE YOU KEEP BEGGING THE WORLD TO GIVE YOU MAY BEGIN WITH THE CHANGE YOU HAVE BEEN REFUSING TO MAKE.

There comes a moment in life when God opens your eyes and you suddenly realize that you have spent too much of your precious life trying to fix people, control circumstances, explain yourself, win arguments, and make the whole world understand your heart.

And somewhere along the way, you lost yourself trying to change everything around you.

But spiritual maturity teaches a painful and beautiful lesson:

Not every battle deserves your energy.
Not every opinion deserves your response.
Not every person deserves access to your peace.
Not every situation is yours to control.

Sometimes, the greatest miracle is not changing the people who hurt

Your Pastor Is Not An Ambulance

Ricky / August 12, 2026

PASTORS ARE NOT AMBULANCES.

One of the painful realities of modern Christianity is that some people only remember their pastor when life is collapsing.

When the marriage is breaking—“Pastor, pray for me.”
When money disappears—“Pastor, I need help.”
When sickness comes—“Pastor, please come.”
When trouble arrives—“Pastor, I need you urgently.”

But when life is peaceful, they disappear.

Here is the hard truth: your pastor is not an emergency service you activate only when your world is falling apart.

Pastors are human beings before they are ministers. They carry burdens. They become tired. They need friendship. They need laughter. They need genuine fellowship. They need people who can sit with them without asking for a

Let Your Life Speak!

Ricky / August 11, 2026

STOP ANNOUNCING YOURSELF — LET YOUR LIFE SPEAK

There comes a time when you must stop explaining who you are, stop proving your worth, stop defending your calling, and stop begging people to recognize what God has placed inside you.

A lion does not need to convince the forest that it is a lion.

Your character will speak.
Your consistency will speak.
Your sacrifice will speak.
Your integrity will speak.
Your results will speak.
And eventually, even the people who doubted you will have to tell your story to others.

Some people only know how to celebrate what they can control. When they realize they cannot control you, they may criticize you, misunderstand you, minimize you, or rewrite your story.

DO NOT PANIC.

You were never

The Blind Leading the Blind

Ricky / August 11, 2026

Let’s look more about what the Lord Jesus meant when He told us to be watchful and prepared. There are at least 3 things that we must be watchful of and prepared for. #1: is how we determine that the Son of man is the incarnate God and the Christ of the last days when He comes. If you are not watchful and prepared, you will not be able to welcome the Lord. This is because false christs appear in the last days to mislead people—those without the truth are easily misled by false christs. Just as the Lord Jesus said: “Then if any man shall say to you, See, here is christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; so that, if it were possible, they shall mislead the very elect” (Matthew

You Prayed,”God Show Me…”

Ricky / August 9, 2026

🚨 YOU PRAYED, “GOD, SHOW ME”… THEN HE DID. 🚨

Now you’re sitting there trying to convince yourself that what God revealed isn’t really what you saw.

You asked Him to expose what was hidden.
You asked Him to reveal who was genuine.
You asked Him to show you what you couldn’t see.

And He answered.

The problem is, you weren’t expecting the truth to have a familiar face.

Sometimes God will reveal something that may  hurt your feelings just to save your future. He’ll expose what you kept making excuses for. He’ll uncover what your heart didn’t want to accept.

And hear me clearly:

STOP PRAYING FOR CLARITY AND THEN ARGUING WITH THE ANSWER!

When God reveals it, don’t keep running back asking Him to make

Giving God What You Would Never Give To A Human Ruler

Ricky / August 8, 2026

WHY DO WE GIVE GOD WHAT WE WOULD NEVER GIVE TO A HUMAN BEING?

One of the most uncomfortable questions in the book of Malachi is not about how much we give.

It is about WHAT we are willing to give to God.

God said to Israel:

“When ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and when ye offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person?”

Malachi 1:8

Think about that.

God was essentially saying:

“If you would not give this to your governor, why are you bringing it to Me?”

That question exposes something deeper than a bad sacrifice.

It exposes the condition of the heart.

THEY WERE GIVING GOD WHAT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE TO A HUMAN

The Power of a Renewed Mind

Ricky / August 7, 2026

🧠 THE POWER OF A RENEWED MIND

Many believers want a changed life, but God begins transformation in a different place—the mind.

The apostle Paul gives a powerful instruction:

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
— Romans 12:2

The world constantly tries to shape our thinking—through culture, fear, pride, temptation, and lies. If we are not careful, our minds slowly begin to follow the pattern of the world.

But God calls us to something greater: transformation.

The word “transformed” comes from the Greek word metamorphoo, the same word used to describe a caterpillar becoming a

Don’t Let Worldly Things Come Between You and God

Ricky / August 7, 2026

“DON’T LET WORLDLY THINGS GET BETWEEN YOU AND GOD”
“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world…” (1 John 2:15–16, KJV)

This is a solemn warning from the Lord. The world is full of distractions—money, pleasure, pride, possessions, fame, and the desires of the flesh. None of these things may seem evil at first, but when they begin to take God’s place in your heart, they become idols.

“Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”
—1 John 2:15 (KJV)

God is not saying we cannot live in this world—He is warning us not to become attached to it. The enemy uses worldly things to slowly pull our eyes away from Christ. A little compromise, a

7 things you should Never do in front of Others!

Ricky / August 5, 2026

7 THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER DO IN FRONT OF OTHERS

There are some things you should learn to keep private.

Not everyone who smiles with you is happy for you. Not everyone who listens to you has good intentions toward you. Wisdom is knowing what to say, when to say it, and what to keep to yourself.

1. NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR LIFE TO EVERYONE

When you constantly complain about your problems, some people may pity you today and discuss your situation tomorrow.

Not everyone needs to know your struggles.

Learn to pray about some battles instead of announcing them to everyone. There are people who will genuinely help you, but there are also people who will use your weakness against you.

2. NEVER ARGUE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES IN

Heaven Is Not Silent

Ricky / August 4, 2026

HEAVEN IS NOT SILENT: God Is Working Where You Cannot See!

There are seasons in life when Heaven feels quiet.

You pray…

You wait…

You hope…

And yet nothing seems to change.

The silence can make you wonder whether your prayers have been heard at all.

But silence is not the same as absence.

Just because you cannot see God moving does not mean He has stopped working.

A seed grows long before it breaks through the soil.

The dawn begins before the first ray of sunlight reaches your eyes.

The greatest works of God often begin where human eyes cannot see.

Joseph sat in a prison cell, unaware that God was preparing a palace.

David watched sheep, never imagining a crown was waiting.

One Man. One Woman. One Covenant Before God

Ricky / August 4, 2026

Why Did Men in the Bible Have Multiple Wives?
The Truth That Feels Uncomfortable… But Might Set You Free

There are questions people whisper but rarely ask out loud. Questions that sit quietly in the back of your mind while you scroll past verses, sermons, and Sunday smiles.

This is one of them.

Why did men in the Bible have multiple wives… and God didn’t immediately stop it?

Be honest… that tension has crossed your mind before.

Maybe you felt confused.
Maybe it made the Bible feel inconsistent.
Maybe it even shook your trust a little.

And if you’ve ever felt that… you’re not alone.

Because when you read about Abraham, Jacob, David, Solomon… it almost feels like God allowed something that doesn’t match what we

Dangerous Fantasies

Ricky / August 3, 2026

You Thought It Was Harmless… Until This Scripture Exposed It
What the Bible Actually Says About Sexual Fantasies (And Why It’s Deeper Than You Think)

It never starts loud.

No warning. No alarm. Just a thought.

A glance that lingers a second too long.
A memory replayed when no one’s watching.
A “what if” that quietly drifts into your mind when you’re tired… alone… vulnerable.

And you tell yourself it’s not that serious.

Because you didn’t act on it.

Because nobody saw it.

Because it’s “just in your head.”

But somewhere deep inside… you already know something feels off.

And that tension? That quiet conviction you keep brushing away?

Jesus didn’t ignore it.

He walked

Faith Is More Than Believing. Faith Is Active

Ricky / August 2, 2026

James writes something that should make every believer stop and think.

“You believe that God is one. You do well. The demons also believe… and shudder!” (James 2:19)

That is a confronting verse.

The demons don’t doubt that God exists. They know who He is. They know His authority. Yet they remain in rebellion.

James isn’t saying belief is unimportant. He’s saying that merely agreeing with the truth is not the same as biblical faith. Real faith moves. It obeys. It changes the way we live.

Earlier he writes, “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deluding yourselves.” (James 1:22)

That should make us ask an honest question. What does my faith actually produce?

Does it lead me to forgive when it’s hard?

To love my

Firm Boundaries

Ricky / August 1, 2026

NOT EVERY BATTLE IS WON WITH SOFT WORDS.

Kindness is a virtue, but wisdom knows when kindness must be accompanied by firm boundaries. Not everyone respects gentleness. Some people mistake your patience for weakness, your silence for fear, and your forgiveness for permission to keep hurting you.

God never called you to become a doormat in the name of love. Even Jesus, who embodied perfect compassion, knew when to say, “Enough.” He confronted hypocrisy, rebuked evil, and walked away from those who refused the truth.

Your peace is precious. Protect it. Your purpose is sacred. Guard it. Your heart is valuable. Don’t hand it to those who repeatedly dishonor it.

The strongest people are not those who shout the loudest, but those who know when to say “No,” when to
