Lot’s Wife and the Pillar of Salt

Ricky / May 24, 2026

Lot’s wife did not become a pillar of salt simply because she looked back.
She became salt because her heart was still attached to the place God was calling her to leave behind. While Lot and his daughters obeyed the warning and kept moving forward, her soul remained tied to the comfort, memories, and sinful life of Sodom. Her eyes only revealed what her heart refused to surrender.

Sometimes God asks us to walk away from things that are destroying us — toxic relationships, sinful habits, worldly desires, pride, bitterness, and places that keep us far from Him. But many people keep looking back. They miss what God already judged. They cry over what God already told them to release. And because of that, they become spiritually stuck between the past and the

Christ didn’t mince His words.

He spoke about a rich man who laid up more and more treasure.  That man thought he had years of pleasure to enjoy.

He died that night, without Christ.

God calls him a “fool”:  “Fool!  This night your soul is required of you, and the things you have prepared, whose will they be?” (Luke 12:20, ESV)

When God Removes People

Ricky / May 17, 2026

SOMETIMES GOD REMOVES PEOPLE FROM YOUR LIFE BECAUSE HE HEARD CONVERSATIONS YOU DIDN’T
When Heaven Disconnects You for Protection, Preservation, and Divine Purpose

1. Not Every Separation Is an Attack
Sometimes you cry over people leaving your life without realizing heaven was rescuing you. What feels like rejection may actually be divine protection. God can remove people before they destroy your peace, destiny, character, or spiritual focus.

2. God Sees What Human Eyes Cannot See
People can smile in your face while secretly plotting against you. They can celebrate you publicly while envying you privately. But God sees hidden motives, silent jealousy, manipulation, and dangerous intentions long before you discover them.

The Enemy of Fear

HOW SATAN TRIES TO DESTROY A CHILD OF GOD

💥💥Satan often attacks believers most aggressively during storms and difficult seasons. His goal is to weaken faith, create discouragement, and pull believers away from intimacy with God.

One major strategy of Satan is fear.

Fear causes believers to doubt God’s faithfulness. It magnifies problems until they seem bigger than God Himself. Fear drains spiritual strength and creates mental exhaustion.

Another strategy is discouragement.

The enemy whispers lies such as:
- “God has abandoned you.”
- “Your prayers do not matter.”
- “Things will never change.”
- “You are too weak.”
- “Give up.”

But these thoughts do not come from God.

Satan also uses distraction.

The Small Church Pastor

Ricky / May 9, 2026

To the small church pastor.

The one nobody is waiting in the lobby to take pictures with. The one not chasing a platform. Not asking people to like, subscribe, partner, repost, or build your brand.

You’re just faithfully doing the hidden work of the Kingdom.

You’re preparing sermons while exhausted. Praying over families by name. Walking people through funerals, marriages, heartbreak, addiction, betrayal, and disappointment. You’ve had people leave.  You’ve questioned yourself. You’ve kept loving anyway.

You don’t have a giant staff. Sometimes you are the staff.

You’re coordinating volunteers, hosting events, unclogging toilets, pulling weeds, setting up chairs, answering late-night calls, counseling marriages, and still showing up on

The Python Spirit

Ricky / May 6, 2026

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐘𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐓
The Spirit That Constricts, Counterfeits, and Silences Destiny

There is a spirit in Scripture that doesn’t attack loudly—
it wraps quietly.

It doesn’t strike instantly—
it squeezes slowly.

It is revealed in the book of Acts as a spirit of divination—
but spiritually, it behaves like a python.

THE BIBLICAL ORIGIN

“We met a slave girl who had a spirit by which she predicted the future…” — Acts 16:16

This spirit gave her supernatural insight—
but it was not from God.

She followed Paul and declared truth:

“These men are servants of the Most High God…” — Acts 16:17

Sounds right…
but it came from the wrong

The End of Secret Battles

Ricky / May 3, 2026

📖 “The End of Secret Battles” 🕊️🛡️

Hidden struggles, silent warfare, divine covering
📖 Scripture: Psalm 91:1 — “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”

What do you do when the battles you fight are invisible to others, yet they drain your strength daily? The truth is, secret battles are real—silent warfare fought in the heart, mind, and spirit. But God promises covering, refuge, and victory for those who dwell in His presence.

Psalm 91:1 reveals the mystery: the secret place of God is both shield and sanctuary. Hidden struggles may rage, but divine covering ensures that silent battles end in victory. Dwelling in Him transforms private warfare into public testimony.

Your Calling Is Secure

Ricky / May 1, 2026

Joseph’s coat was taken, but his calling never was. What God placed on his life didn’t disappear just because people tried to strip him of it. The coat represented favor, but the calling was deeper than anything visible. And that’s where a lot of people get it wrong—they think if something external is removed, then something internal has been lost. Not so.

People can misunderstand you. They can reject you. They can even try to discredit you. But none of that has the authority to cancel what God has spoken over your life.

Genesis 50:20 (NLT) says, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good.”

That means even the betrayal, even the stripping, even the pit—it all becomes part of the process, not the end of the story.

The enemy

From The Heart

Ricky / April 30, 2026

Holy moly—time to share a pastor’s heart on this…

A religious mindset is one of the most subtle and dangerous things that can operate in the Church—because it rarely presents itself as wrong. It presents itself as right. Confident. Certain. Even “righteous.”

It loves to call balls and strikes. It evaluates, critiques, and measures others—especially other ministers—often under the banner of discernment. But many times, what’s being called discernment is actually something else entirely. It can be insecurity. It can be comparison. It can be jealousy. And sometimes, it’s simply a “small mind” with a small way of thinking that has lost sight of the bigger picture.

In Proverbs 21:2 (NLT), it says, “People may be right in their own eyes, but the

Warfare Is Real

Ricky / April 29, 2026

“THE DEMONIC KINGDOM IS REAL”
The War Most Believers Don’t See”

There is a war happening around you—right now.

Not political.
Not cultural.
Not even merely emotional.

Spiritual. Invisible. Relentless.

The Bible pulls back the curtain in Ephesians 6:12:
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world…”

This means your greatest battles are not always with people—
they are with forces you cannot see.

1. THE DEMONIC KINGDOM IS ORGANIZED

Satan is not just a symbol of evil—he operates a structured kingdom.

Scripture reveals ranks:

Principalities (territorial influence)
Powers (systems of control)
Rulers

The Most Radical Thing

Ricky / April 27, 2026

The Most Radical Thing You Can Do in a Chaotic World Is Refuse to Lose Your Peace.

Lean in.

I mean refuse. Not hope for it. Not try to maintain it. Not scramble back to it after you have already lost it. Refuse. As in, make a decision so settled on the inside that the outside does not get to dictate the condition of your inner world anymore.

Because the world is loud right now. Everything is demanding a reaction. Your phone is demanding a reaction. The news is demanding a reaction. The people in your life who are in crisis are demanding a reaction. The situations that are not resolved yet, the relationships that are still messy, the finances that are not where you need them to be, the prayers that have not yet been answered the way you asked, all of it is pulling

The Word That Exposes You!

Ricky / April 26, 2026

THE WORD THAT EXPOSES YOU

“For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword…” — Hebrews 4:12

You can hide from people.
You can manage your image.
You can even convince yourself.

But you cannot hide from the Word.

God’s Word doesn’t just comfort—it cuts.
It doesn’t just speak—it searches.

It reaches into places no one else sees…
your motives, your intentions, your secret thoughts.

This is why many avoid it.

Because when the Word speaks, masks fall.
Excuses break.
Truth stands.

The same Word that heals… first reveals.

And here is the tension:
We want encouragement—but resist exposure.
We want blessing—but avoid correction.

Yet the sword of God

Christian Words We Often Say…But Don’t Actually Understand

Ricky / April 18, 2026

I grew up in church using and hearing these words often. It wasn’t until deeper study and intentional learning that I began to truly understand them.

Many of us were taught the language of church before we were taught the meaning. Scripture says to study to show yourself approved ( 2 Tim. 2:15 ).

Faith grows when understanding does.

Here are a few Christian words we say often…defined.

SANCTIFICATION

Is ongoing transformation not instant perfection.

You were justified in a moment.

You are sanctified over a lifetime.

~This is the work of the Holy Spirit~

ATONEMENT

Is the exchange where Jesus took our sin and gave

us His righteousness.

Not

What Happens When You Knowingly Keep On Sinning?

Ricky / April 15, 2026

Three truths that 99% of believers never truly understand. Today I want to talk about a verse

many Christians avoid.

Hebrews 10:26 says;

“For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth,

there remains no more sacrifice for sins.”

Have you ever stopped to ask why Scripture warns us with such weight and urgency?

Today, I want to reveal three crucial truths.

#1— Willful Sin Is Not Weakness- It Is Rejecting The Light!

Yes, we all stumble. Yes, we all fall short. God knows this. And He is rich in mercy. But

this verse is not talking about falling in weakness. It is talking about something else.

You know the truth- yet you choose sin anyway. You hear the Holy Spirit whisper,

Familiar Spirits vs Monitoring Spirits

Ricky / April 10, 2026

Some people call it ” random,” but patterns don’t repeat by accident. Some people

are dealing with patterns… that are too consistent to be coincidence. This is where

discernment matters.

The same cycles.

The same type of relationships.

The same resistance every time you’re about to move forward.

That’s not coincidence. That’s strategy.

1 Sam.28 shows a familiar spirit operating through history and bloodline.

Job 1 shows a monitoring spirit reporting on the life of a righteous person.

The enemy has an intelligence system and God gave us discernment to counter

it.

The enemy studies patterns. God gives discernment.

~~FAMILIAR SPIRIT~~

*Studies bloodlines.

*Learns behaviors.

*Tracks

Understanding God’s Way

Ricky / April 6, 2026

Sometimes God’s strategy won’t make sense until after your obedience. You’ll only

understand in hindsight what He was protecting, preparing, and positioning you for.

Isaiah 55:8,9, reminds us that His thoughts are higher than ours-not different just for

difference sake, but higher because they come from an eternal lens.

The reason it doesn’t make sense right now is because it’s not supposed to—it’s

supernatural strategy. While you’re praying for direction, He’s orchestrating destiny.

Truths About Grace  Pt.2

April 5, 2026

Remember we said in part one that grace is a force that breaks the back of condemnation.

It is not a force you muster; it is a person you embrace. It is Grace!

Also, while grace is unearned. While it is undeserved, it is more. Grace, in it’s simpliest

definition, is God’s ability working in man enabling him to do what he doesn’t have the

ability to do.

Let’s look at the final ten truths about Grace:

#11: When you feel furthest from God because of your failures, you are

actually closest to the grace He wants to pour out.

#12: You do not have to hide your scars from the Savior; He earned His

          scars to heal yours.

#13: Grace is not found at the top of the mountain of your

Truths About Grace: When God’s Love Is Greater Than Your Weakness  (Pt.1)

Ricky / March 30, 2026

In the journey of faith, one of the greatest battles believers face is the silent war of discouragement.

Many people measure themselves by their weaknesses, their past failures, their spiritual inconsistencies, and the areas of life where they feel they are falling short. When the eyes remain fixed on personal inadequacies, the heart easily becomes weary and condemned.

But there is a force that breaks the back of that condemnation. It is not a force you muster; it is a person you embrace. It is Grace!

Grace is not a license to sin; it is the liberty to stand before a holy God without the paralyzing fear of rejection. Grace is God’s ability working in man enabling him to do what he doesn’t have the ability to do. Your destiny is not held together by the fragile
